We are currently taking bookings on Airbnb only. If you are interested in longterm stays over 30 days we can offer monthly rates at an much better rate than what is listed. Please reach out directly to us for longterm stay inquiries.
Rules
Prior to your stay, we require that guest registration of the following information: "Full Name", "Address", "Occupation", "Gender", "Date of Birth", "Nationality", "Phone Number", "ID or Passport", "Previous Accommodation location*", "Next Accommodation location*", and "Passport Number*” for all guest staying at the property. Check in will not be allowed without this information and guests will not be allowed into the property until all information is provided. (*These items are only required for non-Japan residents.)
Airbnb prohibits proxy reservations except for the Airbnb Business program. If discovered after confirmation, your reservation will be cancelled. If discovered at check-in, entry to the property will be prohibited.
Guests not included in the reservation are prohibited from entering the property. If discovered, a penalty fee as listed below will be charged. All guest who enter the property must be registered regardless of the length of stay. They must be included in the number of guests, and their accommodation information must also be submitted. (The maximum occupancy of the property cannot be exceeded.)
Shoes are not allowed inside the building. Please be sure to take off your shoes at the entrance.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including the road and especially at the Taka Matsu 1-chome Children's Park behind the building. (This includes e-cigarettes). A deodorizing and cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged if violated, and in some cases, compensation for lost business may be charged.
Parties, events, and use for photography or video shooting are prohibited.
Any behavior that causes disturbance to the surrounding neighborhood is prohibited. Such acts as shouting loudly, playing music or keeping TVs or speakers at high volume. After 9:00 PM, till 8:00 AM the next morning is considered the quiet period. If complaints are received from neighbors, you may be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.
Please keep the entrance door closed unless necessarily. Windows should be closed after 9:00 PM to keep sounds isolated. If complaints are received from neighbors, you may be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.
We have a strict check-out policy. Please contact us if you are late to checkout. We will charge an additional fee of ¥20,000 if cleaners must be rescheduled. We will also charge a full extra night fee if the property is not vacated by 1pm on the day of scheduled check out.
Trash: Please separate your trash into two groups. One bag containing all combustible waste and plastics. The other containing cans, bottles, and plastic bottles. Disposing of anything other that these items are prohibited. Do not leave any trash such as electronics, cardboard boxes, old suitcases, as well as razors or syringes. If left behind, a disposal and handling fee of ¥50,000 may be charged depending on the situation. We do not provide any cleaning during your stay. If you need trash collection during your stay, please check the house manual and make a request after checkin.
Items left behind will be kept for one week from check-out. We will ship items to any addresses within Japan. (Guests pay for shipping)with a separate handling fee of ¥5,000. If you do not reply within the period or if payment for shipping is not provided, the items will be disposed of.
Bringing hazardous materials into the building is prohibited. The use of cooking stoves (electric or gas) or any open flame is strictly prohibited. Please use the cooking tools and IH cooking heater provided.
The property's mailbox and delivery box is not for guests. If you are to order items for shipping please arrange for your items to arrive during your stay and receive it directly from the delivery staff.
If you move any furniture or equipment, please return them to their original positions.
If noise or odor complaints are received from nearby residents, staff may enter the property.
The following penalties will be applied for rules violations
Property damage: Actual cost of repair and compensation of loss of business during business interruption.
For any loss of business due to rules violations or property damage caused by the guest, guests will be responsible for all loss of business opportunities while the repair work is conducted, at a daily rate of ¥50,000.
Noise disturbance occurs and complaints are received from neighbors and staff are called on-site : ¥30,000
Smoking in the property (Includes e-cigarets): Deodorizing fee of ¥50,000
Undeclared guests: ¥10,000 per guest
Leaving behind uncollectible trash: ¥10,000 - ¥50,000
Leaving dirty dishes, excess trash or leaving the property in an unreasonably tarnished condition, etc. : Additional cleaning fee of ¥10,000 per 30 minutes of extra cleaning hours will be charged
Stains or dirt left on towels, linens, etc.: Minimum of ¥10,000
